Are you a provincial public sector worker in Ontario, Alberta or British Columbia?
We are researchers who would love to be in conversation with you about the role of discretion in shaping the impacts of work done in these sectors. We also want to understand how discretionary decision-making impacts your own experience of working in these sectors.
You’re eligible if you work or have worked in the provincial public sector in Alberta, British Columbia or Ontario, in the sectors of Health, Children and Family Services or Education (K-12 and post-secondary).
Your participation would involve filling out a short online questionnaire, then participating in two online or in-person interviews of approximately 90 minutes each.
All participants will receive a gift card as a way to thank you for your time, expertise and participation.
